8teq has zero tolerance for bribery and corruption in any form. We are committed to complying with Kenya's Anti-Bribery Act (Cap. 79B), the Anti-Corruption and Economic Crimes Act (Cap. 65), and all other applicable laws and regulations.
We do not offer, promise, give, request or accept bribes, kickbacks, facilitation payments or any other improper advantage to win work, influence a decision, accelerate a process or secure a business benefit. We believe our business should operate based on the strength of our technical capability, our people, the quality of our work and the value we provide.
Our employees and representatives are expected to act with integrity in every interaction with clients, suppliers, partners, public officials and other stakeholders.
The standards we set for ourselves extend to the organisations and individuals we work with. We expect our suppliers, contractors, consultants, agents and other business partners to conduct themselves lawfully and ethically and not to engage in bribery, corruption or other improper conduct in connection with 8teq business.
Where appropriate, we assess the organisations we engage with and reserve the right to decline or end relationships where conduct does not meet our standards.
Anyone who becomes aware of suspected bribery, corruption or other improper conduct involving 8teq is encouraged to raise the concern. Reports will be handled as discreetly and appropriately as possible, and concerns raised in good faith will not be treated adversely simply because they were reported.

Integrity is a shared responsibility across 8teq. We expect our directors, employees, contractors and business partners to understand and uphold these principles. Where concerns are identified, we will review them appropriately and take action where necessary.
